There are lots of great and unique events featuring Bell’s beer this week. Below is a look at what is coming up in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Iowa and Georgia. Bell’s Brewery will also be at The Great American Beer Festival, Sept. 29-Oct. 1, in Denver. Stop by and have a beer with us.
Pennsylvania
Three events this week will introduce our fans to Bell’s Quinannan Falls Special Lager Beer (6.5% ABV), a dry-hopped lager usually only available on tap at our pub in downtown Kalamazoo!
Q-Falls was most recently part of Bell’s 750 ML bottle series that are also only available at Bell’s Eccentric Café. These hand-numbered bottles were limited to just 318.
Sept. 27
Bell’s will be taking over Capone’s in Norristown starting at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Q-Falls, Two Hearted Ale, Bell’s Porter, Amber Ale, Wedding Ale, The Oracle, Expedition Stout and Consecrator Doppelbock will also be available on draft.

Sept. 28
Bell’s will take over Jeremy’s Khyber Pass Pub in Philadelphia with Two Hearted, Porter, Consecrator, Q-Falls, Amber Ale, Oarsman Ale and Expedition Stout on draft starting at 8 p.m.

This first look at Q-Falls will be held at Blue Dog Tavern in Chalfont alongside Two Hearted, Porter, Consecrator, Amber, Pale Ale, Oarsman Ale and Expedition Stout.

Tailgating party at Mickey’s Pub in Union Pier (updated)
Wear your team colors and enjoy food from the grill while testing your skills in our bags tournament starting at 6:30 p.m. $5 will get you in the door and proceeds will benefit a local animal rescue. Bell's expansion news: Take a look at how we are growing
COMSTOCK – The banner on the side says it all - “We’re growing so more beer will be flowing.”
That growth has become even more evident over the last few weeks.
On Sept. 13, a new hot water tank, energy storage tank, cold water tank and millstar were installed. Later that day, four of Bell’s new tanks were delivered from Wisconsin on the S.S. Badger to Ludington (photo below, left).
The new mashtun and kettle were lowered into place two days later. All are part of a new 200-barrel brewhouse and an expansion that will also include a new fermentation cellar, a new employee area, parking lot and more.
More equipment is expected to arrive in the coming months which should allow us to get the new brewhouse up and running by January.
