HACCP Food Safety Training (2-day course)
Introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a 2-day course consisting of lectures and group exercises that will provide the tools to complete the requirements for HACCP certification. The class is designed for individuals with little or no HACCP experience. At the completion of the course, students will: Understand seven HACCP principles; Understand and identify requirements to determine CCPs; Understand and identify hazard assessment; Identify resources needed to develop and implement HACCP Plan; Identify resources needed to maintain HACCP plan; Identify three classifications of hazards; Recognize regulatory issues impacting implementation of HACCP systems; Complete requirements for HACCP Alliance Certification. Registration fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch both days, provided by Bell’s Eccentric Cafe. The course is accredited through the International HACCP Alliance. The show features a wide array of performers such as; hula hoop artists, fire eaters, magicians, aerial artists, human blockheads, acrobats, musicians, comedians, jugglers, and much more. The group is constantly evolving. You never know what you'll get from one performance to the next.

5th Annual Bell's Homebrew Competition Kick-off & Expo
The first place winner will get to brew their recipe at our original brewery to then go on tap at the Cafe and team up with us for the 2015 Pro-Am Competition at the Great American Beer Festival in Denver, Colorado. Multiple companies will be demonstrating their homebrew products and answering questions as well.

Great Lakes Gala to benefit the Great Lakes
Join us as we celebrate the Great Lakes, raise awareness and learn how to protect and restore them. Speakers from Alliance for the Great Lakes, the Michigan League of Conservation Voters, the Kalamazoo Nature Center and the Michigan Environmental Council will be featured. Kalamazoo's own, Great Lakes Grass will also perform. Admission is free but there is a $10 suggested donation. Money raised will go to the featured organizations. Bell's will also match the amount raised up to $2,500.
