ON THE MENU - Greeting beer: Best Brown Ale; First course: Arugula salad - fresh arugula tossed with shaved ribbons of Parmesan, fresh squeezed lemon, bacon and fennel pared with Winter White; Second course: Christmas Ale pork chops - a grilled bone-in pork chop, marinated and basted using our Christmas Ale served with Pinconning cheddar risotto and shaved roasted seasonal vegetable paired with Christmas Ale; Third course: Chicken curry - tender chicken breast cooked in our homemade spicy curry sauce over Japanese sticky rice paired with Two Hearted Ale; Fourth course: Smoked BBQ beef short ribs - slow smoked beef short ribs served with a sweet and sour slaw, sweet potato and homemade BBQ sauce paired with Hell Hath No Fury ... Ale; Fifth course: Tiramisu bistro cake - drizzled with chocolate sauce and Double Cream Stout reduction paired with Double Cream Stout.
