Bell's Brewery, The Ideal Place and Lambrecht's Liquor are teaming up for a five course dinner featuring fresh seafood and a variety of Bell's beer including Roundhouse, Oarsman, Expedition Stout and more. Contact The Ideal Place for reservations. A portion of the proceeds from this event will also be donated to Camp 911, a southwest Michigan organization serving families of first responders. *UPDATE - ON THE MENU: Le Batteur (Rehearsal); First course: Seared scallops with Oarsman Oyster Ceviche paired with Oarsman Ale; Second course: Softshell Crab with Lager Beer Tempura and a Beer Battered Avocado Salad paired with Lager of the Lakes; Third course: Wild Boar Sausage and peppers with mussels paired with Bell's Octoberfest; Fourth course: Two Hearted Rosemary & Honey Glazed Chicken with Beer & Bacon Baked Beans paired with Two Hearted Ale; Fifth course: Roundhouse Braised Asian BBQ Ribs and Beer Braised Slaw paired with Roundhouse IRA; Sixth course: Expedition Tiramisu and a Stout Chocolate Truffle paired with Expedition Stout.
