This event will span 2 days, Nov. 29 and Dec. 1. ON THE MENU: Pre-meal: Oarsman Ale; First course: Pulled pork pizza - beer pizza dough, Carolina BBQ sauce, carmelized onions and smoked cheddar paired with Amber Ale; Second course: Pierogies - potato and goat cheese, duck confit, black truffle creme fraiche paired with Winter White; Third course: Hangar steak - beer marinated, bacon blue cheese potato salad and chimichurri sauce paired with Two Hearted Ale; Fourth course: Belgian beer batter bacon waffles - Michigan maple syrup gelato, shaved chocolate and powdered sugar paired with Sparkling Ale. *UPDATE: Nov. 30 is sold out, but an additional dinner has been added to Dec. 1 (6 and 8:30 p.m.).
