We are teaming up with the talented folks at Zazio's and Mattawan Artisan Creamery for this multi-course dinner. ON THE MENU - Happy Hour: Sparkling Ale; Scallop - seared scallop, blood orange, smoked paprika and merlot micro greens paired with Kal-Haven Ale; Charcuterie - house cured guanciale, house cured duck prosciutto, Mattawan feta, toasted brewers bread and extra virgin olive oil paired with Midwestern Pale Ale; Pork - pork tenderloin, smoked bacon, Mattawan chevre, roasted tomato and aged balsamic paired with Smoked Vienna Lager; Duck - roasted duck breast, braised rainbow swiss chard, root vegetable gratin and cocoa-chili sauce paired with Hell Hath No Fury; Bread Pudding - banana bread pudding, Mattawan yogurt and ginger caramel paired with Winter White. Afterward, our very own Laura Bell will also host a post dinner Black Note at the bar (a separate event and not included with the dinner).
