Tickets are limited for this four course beer dinner prepared by Chef Frederick Keller. ON THE MENU:
Course One: Mixed greens with almonds, radishes and kumquats with a creamy meyer lemon and tarragon vinaigrette and prosciutto wrapped pears paired with Third Coast Beer; Course Two: Braised pork belly with a curry, apple and cauliflower puree braised red cabbage paired with Midwestern Pale Ale; Course Three: Duck confit with ricotta gnocchi, sautéed enoki mushrooms, English peas, cipollini onions, pea shoots and a duck jus paired with Hopslam; Course Four: Buttermilk panna cotta with a blood orange sauce paired with Kalamazoo Stout. This is a prix-fixe meal designed with beer pairings, therefore: no substitutions. Sorry, vegetarian options are also not available.
