What better way to spend the Sunday before Valentine's Day than with the ones you love? Bell's beer, wine, and BBQ. Six courses will be paired with one beer and one wine. After each course, vote for your favorite pairing. Red Rock has created a separate menu especially for this event: Smoked BBQ Shrimp served with cheddar cheese grits paired with Captain Spontaneous; Hickory Smoked Pastrami on a homemade rye slider roll paired with Smitten; Elegant play on smoked sausage provided by Wurst Bar paired with Best Brown; Authentic Jamaican Jerk Chicken smoked over Pimento Wood paired with Two Hearted; Pork Steamship (ham before its ham) brined in Hopslam and honey glazed, smoked over apple wood paired with Hopslam; Homemade chocolate swirled creme brulee topped with fresh raspberries paired with Kalamazoo Stout
