The guitarist/singer and his cohorts in the raw and raucous trio The Devil Makes Three have found their way onto that road numerous times since they first left their picaresque rural hometown of Brattleboro, Vermont. Back then, they had no idea it would lead them to such auspicious destinations as the Newport Folk and Austin City Limits Festivals, Bonnaroo and Lollapalooza, and on tours with Willie Nelson, Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell and Trampled By Turtles. Along the way, they drew numerous accolades from a growing fan base and press alike.

All the way from Kalamazoo, MI, Combat Corduroy working it's way into the ears and minds of the music culture. From the beginning of the band, through the growth, to the present, Combat Corduroy has been and will continue to play the best damn tunes this side of the Mississippi. The band consists of lead singer/guitarist Logan Castle, trained in blues and birthed in rock, bassist Zach Lewy, funk to the bone with a SoCal beat, Tim Panos on lead guitar, melting faces since he was in diapers, and on drums Jon Petro, the reincarnation of John Bonham. These three brothers have come together to make rock that makes your ears tingle at the very thought.

Scott is considered to be one of the most exciting, innovating and forward-thinking drummers in the new generation of today's drumming. A world-renowned rhythmist, Scott has toured all over the globe as a drum clinician/educator/solo artist and motivational speaker. Some of the past tours include China, Europe, Australia, Canada, UK, and the United States. Currently Scott is touring as a clinician for DW drums and Dream Cymbals. He is also out touring with his very own trio featuring Kevin Kozel on guitar and Ryan Wilson on keyboard. When not on tour you can find Scott teaching, fishing, drinking coffee or working in the studio with producer/engineer Bill Chrysler.

HACCP Food Safety Training (2-day course)
Introduction to Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) is a 2-day course consisting of lectures and group exercises that will provide the tools to complete the requirements for HACCP certification. The class is designed for individuals with little or no HACCP experience. At the completion of the course, students will: Understand seven HACCP principles; Understand and identify requirements to determine CCPs; Understand and identify hazard assessment; Identify resources needed to develop and implement HACCP Plan; Identify resources needed to maintain HACCP plan; Identify three classifications of hazards; Recognize regulatory issues impacting implementation of HACCP systems; Complete requirements for HACCP Alliance Certification. Registration fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch both days, provided by Bell’s Eccentric Cafe. The course is accredited through the International HACCP Alliance.
