For an exchange, please include a note with your desired size/color and return shipping address.  You pay to ship it back to us, and we pay for return shipping costs. 

If you are requesting a return, please include your order number with your item.  All funds from a return will be refunded into your PayPal account or card used to place the order.  Due to PayPal policies, refunds can only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date.  Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If you receive a damaged item or missing item, please contact us at Bell's General Store at (269) 250-8484 or send an e-mail to estore@bellsbeer.com to resolve the issue.  A return or photo evidence may be required in certain circumstances. Please have your order number handy to assist us.
