All shipment costs are based on weight and the State & Zip Code of your shipping address. To get a shipping cost estimate, please use the "Estimate Shipping & Tax" link in your shopping cart.  Generally all orders are shipped within 0-2 business days of placing an order (almost always the same or next business day as time allows). The speed at which you receive your order depends on your distance from our facility in Kalamazoo, MI and the type of shipping you choose.  There is more information about each of our shipping options below.

Bell's Saver Shipping is the most economical shipping option and we will choose the safest, fastest and most economical shipping provider based on the weight, size and contents of your order.  For the contiguous 48 US states, your order may arrive any time between 1-8 business days after you place your order, again based on how far you are from Kalamazoo, MI and the shipping provider we use.  Usually, orders will be there within 2-5 business days, however.  For AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO or US Territories, please see the note below.  Your order may be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), the United Parcel Service (UPS) or  FedEx and you will receive tracking information once the order is shipped.

Free Shipping is available on select items such as stickers and some other light goods.  Items that qualify for free shipping will be marked on the product description page, or look at our Free Shipping Items category under the Bell's Gear section.  Orders with both free shipping items and non-free shipping items will be charged shipping at the normal, weight-based rates.   Your free shipping order may arrive any time between 2-9 business days after you place your order and will generally be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.

UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, 1-Day Guaranteed Delivery are all expedited services that guarantee delivery by the end of the day in either 3,2,1 business days after shipment, respectively.  These orders are moved to the front of the line and shipped ASAP.  Please keep in mind that your expedited order generally will not be processed until the next business day after you place the order so an order placed on a Friday using UPS 1-Day Guaranteed won't be shipped until Monday and will be delivered on Tuesday.  Please call us any time M-F 9am to 5pm EST at (269)250-8484 to get a shipment estimate on expedited deliveries or special circumstances.  While we do our best to get everyone their order as quickly as possible, please let us know if you absolutely need something by a certain date so we can make arrangements if necessary.

Sorry, but Bell's General Store does not offer any international shipping at this time.  We will ship to international couriers, but please note our shipments are packaged only for domestic shipping and Bell's General Store releases all responsibility for a package once tracking shows it was delivered to the domestic address provided.

Bell's General Store does ship to AK/HI/PR, military addresses (APO/FPO/LPO) and most US territories.  Bell's Saver Shipping is meant for the contiguous 48 US States and while you can ship this way, non-continental addresses may have major delays in shipping times.  Packages are usually sent via USPS Parcel Post and can take up to 2 months depending on the size of the package and the distance, and may not be trackable during this time and you are responsible for making sure your order is compliant with all shipping/customs regulations wherever you are.  Please contact us at (269) 250 -8484 if you would like to discuss other shipping options for your order.  Please, no international shipping at this time.  While we do our best to ensure your order is packaged sufficiently, Bell's General Store will not be responsible for damaged/destroyed or lost packages sent to non-continental addresses. We do not suggest buying fragile/perishable items for overseas shipping. Buy at your own risk!
