As temperatures start to warm up and we’re spending more time outside with friends, we went through our beer cocktail recipe box to look for something to make. We landed on the Oberon Sunrise Shandy. Inspired by the Slowpoke Shandy, this Oberon variant is perfect for those slow, warm days.
Oberon Sunrise Shandy
You can use these measurements, but we’re fond of eyeing it
- 2 parts rum
- 1/2 part lime juice
- 1/4 part ginger syrup
- Top off with Oberon
