A staple at our Eccentric Café — and enjoyed with thousands of pints over the years — now available to make at home.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- ½ cup Two Hearted beer
- ½ teaspoon ground mustard
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese into a food processor or a mixer.
- Pour in the ½ cup of Two Hearted IPA
- Add the ground mustard, cayenne pepper, and horseradish.
- Season with the salt and ground black pepper.
- Blend all the ingredients in the food processor or mixer until the mixture is homogenous and smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
