For an apparel exchange, please include a note with your desired size/color and return shipping address. Please either check our store for current availabilities to make sure we have what you want, or use the contact form at https://bellsbeer.com/contact/ and choose the contact "E-Store" to ask us any questions. You pay to ship it back to us, and we pay for return shipping costs.
If you are requesting a return for refund, please include your online order number with your item. All funds from a return will be refunded onto the credit/debit card or PayPal Account used to place the order. Due to bank policies, refunds can only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. After these dates, you will receive only store credit on approved returns. For quality & the safety of our customers, we cannot return or exchange perishable items. This includes all grain, hops, and yeast. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you receive a damaged, missing or incorrect item, reply to any of the e-mails we have sent you, or please use the contact form at https://bellsbeer.com/contact/ and choose the contact "E-Store" to contact us and resolve the issue. A return/exchange or photo evidence may be required in certain circumstances. A contact phone number and e-mail address for the online store is also included on the packing slip in your order. Please have your order number handy to assist us.
