  1. First time brewer

Posted by Randy James on 13th Jan 2014

Easy instructions made this a good bait for a first time home brewer. Taste was nice as we aren't too keen on the more bitter ales. This batch was complete just before Christmas so it didn't last long. No headaches after a few either!
This is on list for a second batch very soon.
I'm taking after my great Grandpa who couldn't let a batch completely carbonate before tasting.

  2. Great light crisp beer

    Posted by Dog77 on 27th Sep 2012

Very good light beer. The taste is light and crisp with a hint of cream. As of right now, this will be my go-to home brew. My FG was 1.004 (after being bottled for three weeks) which gave me a little over 6% ABV. Can't really complain about a good beer that offers 5.75-6% ABV.

    Great value!
