It took three of these beers to become my favorite. The first was good (my first vienna
lager), second was better, and the third was great. I've been waiting all summer for my basement to cool enough to make more! Brewed this at 52 degrees, secondary for two months between 46 and 50 degrees. It took 4 weeks to get carbonated, but was worth the wait. I'll make at least four batches this fall.
