All of our yeast is stored cold and rotated properly to ensure you get the freshest, most active yeast possible. Your order with liquid yeast may be delayed or altered, or split-shipped due to weather conditions, especially during the hot summer months. We may delay shipment to avoid sitting over the weekend or holidays and will contact you if there are any special circumstances. We ship your yeast with proper cold-packs and insulation to keep your yeast order as cold as possible during shipment, and recommend making a yeast starter to proof your liquid yeast prior to pitching.
