Yields about 4 cups of sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crumbled blue cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup Oberon Ale
- ½ cup buttermilk
- Zest and Juice from one orange
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cups mayo
Directions
- In a blender, puree the blue cheese, sour cream, Oberon Ale, buttermilk, juice, zest, mustard, coriander, and salt together until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together to pureed mixture and mayo.
- Use the sauce to dip your favorite wings and other snacks into!
