Recipe: Two Hearted Beer Cheese

A staple at our Eccentric Café — and enjoyed with thousands of pints over the years — now available to make at home.

 

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • ½ cup Two Hearted beer
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

 

Instructions

  1. Place the sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and softened cream cheese into a food processor or a mixer.
  2. Pour in the ½ cup of Two Hearted IPA
  3. Add the ground mustard, cayenne pepper, and horseradish.
  4. Season with the salt and ground black pepper.
  5. Blend all the ingredients in the food processor or mixer until the mixture is homogenous and smooth.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
