Bready Malt, Light Pine and Fruitiness, Crisp, Clean Hoppy Finish

Kölsch is historically a clean pale cold-fermented ale whose origin comes from the northern German city of Cologne. Traditionally, these beers are clean and crisp with malt driving the character of the beer. The team took a non-traditional approach by dry-hopping this beer with impactful German "American-style" IPA hops - Mandarina Bavaria, and Hallertau Melon. Bell's fans will remember these hops as two of the featured hops from our Song of Myself (Leaves of Grass Series) release.
