Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crumbled blue cheeseÂ
- ½ cup sour creamÂ
- ½ cup Oberon AleÂ
- ½ cup buttermilkÂ
- Zest and Juice from one orangeÂ
- 1 tsp ground mustardÂ
- 1 tsp ground coriander Â
- 2 tsp saltÂ
- 1 ½ cups mayo
Directions
- In a blender, puree the blue cheese, sour cream, Oberon Ale, buttermilk, juice, zest, mustard, coriander, and salt together until smooth.Â
- In a bowl, whisk together to pureed mixture and mayo.Â
